This Sale/Deposit Contract between the buyer ___________________________________________________
and Seller Jeannie Clemmons Agrees to Hold/Reserve the Chihuahua Puppy until the puppy is mature enough to
go to his or her new Home A Non-Refundable- Non Transferable, deposits of $200, No Cash Refunds. Pick up date
is when the seller states that the puppy is ready to go to their new home IF the buyer delays, shippment or pick up,
delivery of Puppy and the puppy has to stay longer with the breeder due to non payment of balance, then the buyer
will pay a boarding,fee of $5 per day this does not include any extra shots/worming Exspensives. Should the puppy
still not be picked up in two weeks time then the buyer forfeits their deposit and the puppy will be taken off hold
and sold to next buyer on waiting list.
We do Not Take Personal Checks.
Notification of tracking / conformation Number Postal Money order or Cashier check sent by Priority Mail,
Puppies will be up to date on Vaccinations DPv and Max 5 CvK Including Corona, Dewormed and to the best of Our
Knowledge In Good health at the time of Sale. Should your Puppy become ill or develope a life-threaten serious problem
before leaving the premises of the seller, then the buyer can pick a replacement puppy of equal value, first available.
You have 48 hour Health Guarantee to have your puppy Vet Checked by a Licensed Vet, to qualify for replacement puppy.
Puppy must be returned in 72 hours unharmed to receive replacement. We do not guarantee against hypoglycemia or
Open Fontanel, Hernias or any Kind, Kennel Cough , Coccida, worms are not serious Life threating problems. We do
Guarantee only against serious Life threating defects such as Heart, Liver, Lungs. We do not Guarantee against Parvo so
Please do not take your puppy to public places or around other dogs,until they have received all 4 puppy shots. Vet Check
(exam) can be obtained on Request at an additional cost of $35.
Pups must be at least 8 weeks of age to ship cost of Shipping is an additonal cost of $300 to $350 depending if the puppy
has to ship DASH we ship with Delta Air Lines.
Buyer must be available for shippment at any given time or date or have a second party pick up for you. Seller will not be
held responible for delays, cancellations, (bump) or over booked flights.
Seller will not be held responible for any Vet bills, shipping or Travel expenses. Seller reserves the right to sell or not to
sell to any one for any reason. All Puppies are sold as Pets. Seller does not guarantee Size, Color, Ability to Breed,
(reproduce) or Show. In the unlikey even of a disagreement between buyer / Seller any legal dispute will be held in the
jurisdiction of Pickens County, Al. The Purchaser is over 18 years of age and has read and fully understands
the terms of this Contract and agrees to comply.
