I Jeannie Clemmons take a deposit of amount stated above, on the puppy named above.
The deposit will hold or (reserve) the puppy until Pick Up Date and Balance is Paid in Full.
If not picked up at designated date the puppy will be taken off hold and that portion designated as deposit is
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. No Cash Refunds. Deposits of $100 will hold puppies priced at
$500 or less. Deposits of $200 will hold puuppies priced above $500. Should the puppy become ill or develope
a life-threaten serious problem before leaving the premises of the seller, then the buyer can pick a replacement
puppy of equal value, first available. If you choose Not to pick another puppy then you loose the deposit you
have put down. You have 48 hour Health Guarantee to have pup checked by Licensed Vet, to qualify for
replacement puppy. (Puppy must be returned with in the 48 hour to receive replacement.) Any thing life threaten
wrong the puppy will be replaced first available equal value. We do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia or Open
Fontanel, Hernias of any kind, Kennel cough,Coccida,worms,are not serious life threating problems. We
guarantee only against serious life threating defects such as Heart, Liver, Lungs. We do not guarantee against
Parvo so please do not take your pup to public places or around other dogs until they have had all 4 sets of shots.
Pups will receive First puppy shots,Proguard DPv Intervet, and Max 5-CvK including Corona, Dewormed,
and puppy starter kit. If picking up at our home and you want a vet check (exam) the cost is a extra $35
(subject to change). Pick up or viewing Hours are from One to Six PM Week Ends.
Pups that are* shipped* (Age 8 weeks and up) have been checked by a licensed Vet and will receive a health
certificate. Price of puppy does not include health certificate, Air Fare, Rabies shot if old enough, Crate Cost,
or small Gas Fee. The buyer must be available to receive shippment at any given time. We mainly Ship with
Delta total averages $300. Seller will not be responible for any Vet bills, Shipping or Travel expenses. Seller will
Not be responsible for and delays, Cancellations, (bump)or over booked flights, due to the air Lines. Any
additional shipping charges incurred (Dash, Kenneling,etc.) will be reimbursed to the seller Jeannie Clemmons
Seller reserves the right to sell or not to sell to any one for any reason. All Puppies are sold as Pets with AKC
Papers Seller reserves the right to Add Kennel Perfix "AngelTouch" to the AKC Papers. Seller will determine by
evaluation if pup is sold Limited AKC or Has Full AKC breeding rights..
Seller does Not guarantee Size, Color, Ability to Breed, (reproduce), or Show. Pups will receive first vacinations
and D-Worm. Buyer agrees the puppy will not be resold or gave away / ReHomed If you can No longer
provide a Home the puppy will be returned to Angel Touch / Jeannie Clemmons at No Cost. The Purchaser has
read and fully understands the terms of this Contract and agrees to comply with them. IF purchaseing a Tiny the
Buyer has read / acknowledges the Information on Tinies by signing this agreement.
